Yes! The Spot Chicago proudly ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or import charges required by their country.
We accept returns on new, unworn merchandise returned in its original condition and original factory packaging. Shoes should only be tried on indoors, preferably on a carpeted surface. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds are issued for the cost of the item(s) only. International shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Please place the original shoe box inside a separate shipping box or protective bag. Do not place shipping labels, tape, or postage directly on the factory shoe box. Returns received without the original box, or with damage caused by using the shoe box as the shipping container, may be subject to a restocking fee.
