Return Policy

We only accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in new, unworn condition, in the original factory packaging.

We do not cover return shipping costs, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

We will only refund the cost of the item when returning, we will not refund the shipping.

Please only try on shoes inside, preferably on a carpeted surface. Please do not wear outside.

Send back within 30 days of receiving the shoes to:

PUT SHOES AND SHOE BOX INSIDE A SEPARATE BAG OR BOX. Buyer is responsible for return ship costs. Include a copy of your order page.

Putting shipping labels, tape, or postage directly onto the original factory shoe box or returning without the original factory shoe box will result in a $15 restocking fee.

Again, this applies ONLY if you use the shoe box as a shipping container.

ANY EXCHANGES NEED TO CONTACT US FIRST AND GET AUTHORIZATION

If you decide to exchange, please include $10 cash or money order with the shoes to cover reship costs. No personal checks. This is for the US ONLY. Foreign exchanges need to contact us first.

On International Shipments, the cost of shipping will not be refunded if returned.

Putting shipping labels, tape and postage directly on the shoe box will incur a restocking fee.

We reserve the right to charge a $15 restocking fee on merchandise that is unclaimed by recipient and returned to sender.

International Returns

The Spot for Fits and Kicks cannot generate pre-paid international shipping labels under any circumstance.

 If you are returning an item because of an error made by The Spot for Fits and Kicks, please contact us at orderonline@thespotchicago.com to discuss shipping arrangements. If we are decidedly responsible for the issues warranting a return or exchange, we can refund or reimburse the shipping price immediately after you provide us with proof of shipment/cost. The remaining amount will be refunded when we receive and process your item.

As with domestic returns, you will have 30 days from the day you receive your package to ship to the address below.

PLEASE NOTE: The Spot for Fits and Kicks can not cancel/refund/return an international order when a customer "refuses" to pay taxes/fees/tariffs associated with importing, and abandons the package. Customers are expected pay the fees that their shipments accrue, or their right to a refund will be refused.
