Important Packaging Instructions

Please place the shoe box inside a separate shipping box or protective bag when returning your item.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or order page inside the package.

Unclaimed Packages

We reserve the right to charge a $15 restocking fee for merchandise that is returned to sender due to being unclaimed by the recipient.

If you are returning an item due to an error made by THE SPOT FOR FITS & KICKS, please contact us at orderonline@thespotchicago.com before shipping your return. If we determine that we are responsible for the issue, we may reimburse return shipping costs after proof of shipment and shipping expense is provided.
